(1) Any information that comes to your knowledge in the course of the work of the Board shall not be made available to any other person in an unauthorized manner or shall be used or caused to be used for the benefit, interest or benefit of anyone.
(2) If the chairman, member, member-secretary, person invited to the meeting or employee does any work contrary to sub-section (1), it shall be considered that he has not followed official conduct.
